The LOTOS Medium Gauge Slitting Line is designed for processing coil materials up to 6.0 mm in thickness, where stability, rigidity, and clean edge quality are critical for downstream forming or fabrication processes. Featuring a hydraulic decoiler with automatic centering, motorized blade positioning, feedback-controlled tension stand with dancer roll, and a torque-balanced heavy-duty recoiler, this line delivers stable, high-precision slitting for medium-gauge materials under demanding production conditions. Operating speeds of up to 120 m/min are supported without compromising strip accuracy or cut edge quality. The mechanical structure is built to minimize vibration and ensure alignment across the full width of the strip during high-speed operation.
