Light Gauge Cut to Length Line
The 3×850mm Cut to Length Line typically integrates a decoiler, leveling unit, servo feeding system, flying shear, conveyor or stacking system, and electrical control system. The leveling section removes coil memory and improves flatness, while the servo-controlled feeding and flying shear ensure precise sheet length and consistent cutting performance.
The machine can process various types of steel and metal coils according to the required material specifications. Its compact configuration and automated control system make it an effective solution for manufacturers producing flat sheets for construction, fabrication, automotive components, electrical equipment, and general metalworking applications.

Flying shearing allows cutting during continuous material movement, reducing line stoppages and improving production speed, efficiency, and overall throughput.
This type of CTL machine is commonly used for steel service centers, metal fabrication, construction materials, automotive components, electrical equipment, and general sheet metal processing.
Flying shearing cuts the material while it continues moving through the line, whereas start-stop shearing requires the strip to stop before each cut. Flying shearing is therefore more suitable for continuous and higher-efficiency production.
The machine is equipped with a Flying Shearing System, which cuts the strip while it is continuously moving through the line. This helps improve production efficiency compared with conventional start-stop shearing.
The machine can process metal coils with a maximum thickness of 3 mm, depending on the material type and required production configuration.
